How It Works
From first email to bound coverage, here's exactly what happens.
We've stripped out every unnecessary step. No office visits, no phone tag, no waiting on hold. The whole process happens by email, and most clients have a coverage schedule in hand within 48 hours of their first message.
The Process
Four steps from quote to coverage.
Submit your details
Fill out the quote form or email us directly. We need the basics: business name, industry, approximate revenue, number of employees, and what coverage you're looking for. If you have a current policy, send the declarations page — it tells us everything we need to know about where you stand today.
Advisor review & specification
A licensed senior advisor reviews your submission and builds a coverage schedule tailored to your operation — not a generic package. They'll note any gaps in your current coverage, identify required forms for your industry, and confirm the right limits for your contract obligations and asset values.
Carrier placement & quote
We shop your risk across our panel of 30+ commercial carriers and return the best combination of price, coverage terms, and claims service. You receive a clear quote with the coverage schedule attached — plain language, no jargon, with every material limit and exclusion called out.
Bind & issue
Approve the quote and we bind the coverage. Your policy documents and certificate of insurance are issued electronically, typically within 24 hours. Your advisor remains your point of contact for the life of the policy — mid-term changes, certificates, and claims.
Ongoing Service
What happens after you bind.
Same-day updates
Add a vehicle, update your address, increase a limit, add an additional insured. Email your advisor and most changes are endorsed same-day.
Issued within hours
Client, landlord, or general contractor requests a COI? Send us the additional insured details and we issue the certificate, typically within two hours.
Advisor-managed
Report a loss to your advisor, not the carrier's claims line. We handle first notice, coordinate the adjuster, review coverage positions, and follow the file to resolution.
Re-specified annually
60 days before expiry, your advisor contacts you to review the upcoming renewal. Coverage is re-drawn based on your current operations, not auto-renewed on last year's terms.
Plain-language summary
Every renewal includes a written summary of what's covered, what's excluded, and what changed — so you're never surprised by the policy you thought you had.
Policy documents online
Your policy documents, certificates, and renewal history are accessible any time. No need to dig through email or call to get a copy of your declarations page.
